The Risen Christ

The chef with the first bread (black rye bread) to be baked in the hot spring that just appeared out of the ground outside the Cathedral at the start of our visit. The bread was left in the spring overnight to cook in a sealed tin. On opening and giving thanks, we took the bread, still warm, into the Cathedral to share in the Eucharist that followed.
